Dr. Umar Ellahie
Dr. Umar Ellahie began his career in the health industry as a certified personal trainer at the Los Gatos Swim & Racquet Club and with EXOS at Google. He helped hundreds of clients improve the quality of their lives by getting healthier through exercise and nutrition.
After fifteen years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, Dr. Ellahie came to the realization that each person’s strengths and weaknesses are unique and require specific internal neurological and musculoskeletal adjustments deeper than addressing strength and flexibility through exercise.
Dr. Ellahie practices Activator Methods and the Cox-Technic because they are two of the most evidence-based techniques in the field of chiropractic care. He is Advanced Proficiency Rated in Activator Methods and a certified Cox-Technic practitioner in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. He addresses the internal dysfunctions in the spine and extremities with Activator Methods adjusting and Cox Flexion-Distraction Decompression before progressing patients to resistance and corrective exercise.
